Holder of the treatment of the collected data
The data holder following the laws in force is the website administrator who can be contacted by the Contact section of the website.
Legal basis of the processing
This website processes data mainly with the user consent. The conferment of consent takes place through the use or consultation of the website as a conclusive behavior. By the use or consulting of the website, users approve this privacy statement and consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to the methods and purposes described below, including diffusion to third parties (if necessary for the provision of the service). Additional consents relating to specific purposes of the service are collected through communication or service request forms.
The conferment of data and therefore the consent to the collection and processing of the same is optional; the user can deny consent, and can revoke consent already given at any time (using the browser settings for cookies, or the contact link). Denying consent may however make impossible to provide some services and the browsing experience within the website would be compromised.
The data for website security and for the prevention of abuse and spam, as well as data for the analysis of site traffic (statistics) in aggregate form, are processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the data controller for protection of the site and of the users themselves. In such cases, the user always has the right to object to the processing of data.
Purpose of the processing
The processing of the data collected by the website, in addition to the related, instrumental and necessary purposes for the provision of the service, is aimed at the following purposes:
— Statistics (analysis): collection of data and information, in an exclusively aggregated and anonymous form, in order to verify the correct functioning of the site itself. None of this information is related to the individual user of the site and does not allow identification in any way. Consent is not required.
— Security: collection of data and information in order to protect the security of the website itself (spam filters, firewalls, virus detection, etc.) and users to prevent or unmask fraud or abuse to the detriment of the website. The data is recorded automatically and may possibly also include personal data (for example IP address) that could be used, in accordance with the laws in force on the subject, in order to block attempts to damage the website itself or to damage other users or in any case activities that can be considered a crime. These data are never used for user identification and are periodically deleted. Consent is not required.
— Additional activities: communication of data to third parties who perform functions necessary or instrumental to the operation of the service to allow them to carry out technical, logistical and other activities on our behalf. Suppliers have access only to personal data that are necessary to carry out their duties, and they undertake not to use the data for other purposes; they are required to process personal data in compliance with current regulations.
This website collects user data in two ways:
— Data collected in automated way: while users are browsing, the following information may be collected and stored in the site's server (hosting) log files: internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, parameters of the device used to connect to the site, name of the internet service provider (ISP), date and time of visit, web page of origin of the visitor (referral) and exit, number of clicks. These data are used for statistical and analytical purposes, in an exclusively aggregated form. The IP address is used exclusively for security purposes and is not crossed with any other data.
— Data provided voluntarily: the site may collect other data in the event of voluntary use of services by users, such as communication services (for example contact form), and will be used exclusively for the provision of the requested service: name, email address, telephone.
Place of processing
The data are processed at the headquarters of the data controller, and at the web hosting datacenter (Hostpoint SA). Web hosting is responsible for the processing, elaborating the data on behalf of the owner. Hostpoint SA is located in Switzerland and acts in accordance with Swiss law.
Data detention period
The data collected by the website during its operation are kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities. Upon expiry, the data will be deleted or anonymised unless there are other purposes for their conservation. The data used for site security purposes are kept for 30 days. Data for statistical purposes are stored in aggregate form for 24 months.
The data collected by the site is generally not provided to third parties, except in specific cases: legitimate request by the judicial authority and only in the cases provided for by law; if it is necessary for the provision of a specific service requested by the user; for carrying out security checks or site optimization.
Data transfer to Extra-EU countries
This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area, in particular with Google and Facebook through social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized on the basis of specific decisions of the European Union and the Data Protection Authority: in particular decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield) therefore no further consent is required. The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

In addition to the owner, in some cases, categories of employees involved in the organization of the site or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, hosting providers, etc.) may have access to the data.
